 Waste management company at Kerawalapitiya industrial zone. (From the construction phase to product launch)  Export oriented BOI company at Malwana (USD$ 6.5 million project) (From the construction phase to product launch)  Beverage manufacturing company at Mathugama.  Rice Fortification company at Homagama.  Graphene Oxide production company at Homagama.

• Implement strategic sourcing initiatives that led to substantial cost reductions and improved supplier relationships.
• Oversee customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations.
• Managed exports, including documentation, shipping, and compliance with international trade laws.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies, minimizing excess stock and optimizing inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with each company's unique needs and goals.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives, resulting in significant cost savings
