• Review and submission of ITPs, Method statement, Procedure and other QA/QC documentations in accordance to project specification/requirements.
• Manage the overall mechanical quality controls of constructions output in terms of ITPs.
• Material & Installation Inspection & testing of Mechanical equipment and Piping systems: HVAC, Fire protection system, Field Fabricated Tanks, Steam (HP/LP) and condensate system, Feedwater, HRSG, STG, WTP equipment, Air Cooled condenser, Closed Cooling system, Waste Water system, Compressed Air system, EOT Cranes, Electric Monorail hoist and etc.
• Schedule and coordination with third party inspector and client representative for material inspection and/or Factory testing at vendor/supplier facilities.
• Participate in welding and NDTs inspection with a qualified inspectors. Review of welding & NDT reports before final submission to client.
• Painting/coating and holiday testing inspection.
• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Quality reports.
• Participate in Company Internal quality audit.
• Participate in weekly construction meetings and report on quality issues.
• Weekly meeting with client representative on Punchlist & NCRs closure.
• Preparation of Hydrostatic Test Package.
• Pre-commissioning, Testing and Commissioning of pumps.
• Participate in Conducting of Performance test for a whole block and/or Equipment.
• Inspection of Equipment End of Warranty with Client representatives and Sub-contractor.
• Preparation and Handing over of spares and special tools to client representatives.
• Preparation of Parts Data Package as per client format.
• Preparation of Erection Completion Turnover Document Packages.
• Preparation of Commissioning Completion Turnover Document Packages.
• Review and Evaluate Bid Proposal of Subcontractors.
• Daily, weekly & monthly progress reporting to the Construction Manager & MEP Manager.
• Responsible in Weekly Site Construction meeting.
• Review of Construction drawings, Quality documentations and Material submittals in accordance to project specification/requirements & standards for HVAC, Fire protection, drainage & potable water, lighting, small power, earthing, lighting, power distribution, CCTVs, PAS, access control system, FADS, Lifts & Escalators, Baggage handling & conveyor system, and BMS system.
• Monitoring, Coordination and Complete the MEP site Installation, Testing & Commissioning as per Project Schedule.
• Review and Evaluate of MEP Subcontractors Monthly Progress Billing as per site achievement/progress.
• Responsible in installation of Construction lighting, power and water supply for subcontractors during project constructions.
• Responsible in preparation of construction warehouse and site fabrication area.
• Schedule and coordination of training and handing over of the MEP systems.
• Conduct Inspection as per Approved Construction drawings, Project Specs., Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the following system: HVAC, Fire protection Drainage & Plumbing (Hot, Cold and chilled) system, LPG, Steam & steam condensate, Chilled water, and Compressed Air system.
• Issuance of Internal NCRs & Snags to site construction team & subcontractors.
• Coordination of closing client NCRs & Snags.
• Daily surveillance inspection and preparation of weekly quality reports.
• Preparation of Hydrotest package.
• Participate in Weekly and Monthly site construction meeting with Client representative.
• Participate in final handover area wise with client representative.
• Site implementation of the works as per approved construction drawings.
• Completion of work as per project schedule
• Coordination of mechanical works (HVAC, Fire Protection & piping system) to other discipline (Electrical, Civil, Architectural and other Mechanical subcontractor).
• Estimates and ordering of tools and materials.
• Monitoring and Supervision of less than 150 manpower for Mechanical works.
• To raised and to take approval of the WIR (Work Inspection Report) to the Consultant.
• Scheduling, Monitoring and Report Progress of Mechanical works.
• Handover of the specific area to the client with complete supporting documents.
• Site implementation of works as per approved drawings and Project schedule.
• Manpower scheduling & pooling.
• Estimates and ordering of tools and materials.
• Organize, Monitor and Supervise manpower as per project scope of works.
• Preparation and take approval to client the Weekly and Monthly report work progress for billing.
• Testing and Commissioning of HVAC system.
• Handover of the project to the client with complete supporting documents.
• Supervise, Monitor & control the production of food noodles output.
• Schedule, Organized and handle people within my supervision.
• Daily Food testing output.
• Quality control of noodle output product.
• To monitor and to make sure that the production is always in acceptable output.
• Daily monitor of the input raw materials and output finish products.
• To maintain Fryer machine, Boiler, Heater, Roller, Mixers, and sealer & packaging equipment in good condition.
• Scheduling and organize the equipment maintenance.
• Responsible in fabrication of new Fryer and heater cabinet.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of output productions, equipment status and problems encounter during operation to the owner.
