Green Building Concept/Designing
•Design conceptualization of building plans and character elevations for the proposed projects as per client’s and authority requirements.
•Prepares architectural preliminary drawings and important documents for clients’ approval and submissions to Authorities.
•Prepares final working drawings for Authority submission, tendering, and construction.
•Reviews and checks structural drawings and MEP drawings in relation with architectural drawings for an accurate workload during construction.
•Coordinates and attends meetings with clients and contractors in order to coordinate the planning and programming.
•Coordinates with the senior project coordinator, structural engineer, and electrical/mechanical engineers for the design requirements and solutions for the proposed projects .
•Review shop drawings and sample of finishing materials as per specification.
•Attend Meeting with Authorities to discuss and clear the project comments
•Meet with clients to take brief and general liaison regarding design issues.
•Survey & visit site to obtain necessary information prior to design.
•Ensure necessary documentation of correspondence.
•Organize, brief & supervise CAD Production Team to enable drawing to be produce in conjunction with their work schedule on other projects.
•Conducts site inspection to insure proper execution of design and checks conditions on site.
Checks and reviews architectural and structural drawings to ensure the layout of the structure are as planned, on exact dimensions, elevation, and orientation.
•Prepares starter bar layouts, wall panel layouts, boundary wall layouts, and hollow core slab layouts as per consultants design/site dimensions.
•Prepares shop drawings and connection details for clients’ approval, production, and for construction.
•Revise plans and shop drawings as per design and specification of the structural designer.
•Conducts site inspection to insure proper execution of design and checks conditions on site.
