Plan, strategise and conduct the company business development activities in : KSA, Jordan, UAE, Oman, Iraq and Egypt.
Key responsibilities included:
Projects Management, Bids management and processes, Clients and partners Relationship Management, Market Expansion and Growth and New Business Acquisition where MakanE successfully acquired ExpandCart -the largest ecommerce enabler in the MENA- recently in October.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
Travel throughout the MENA region to attend industry events, meet with clients, and build relationships
Elected board member
Discuss and vote on the university patent funding and approvals.
Screen and vote on start-up funding/incubation applications.
Fundraising and marketing activities to secure funding for the center in national and international
Establishing the first ethical merchandiser in Jordan and the Middle East.
Leading the business daily operations, identifying new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services and implementing new market initiatives.
Assignment to develop 8 proposals and work closely with donors on budget alignment. The project core is to enhance businesses exports and trade agreements internationally.
An EU (European Union) funded project aims to rehabilitate schools with the ministry of education in rural areas; targeting marginalized communities and Libyan refugees. (Internship).
Leading implementation, construction work and project management for shelter, Renovation, and renewable energy projects across Jordan.
I gained knowledge of business planning, financing, marketing, management, information technology and consulting. I learnt how to apply this knowledge to new ventures, enterprises and businesses.
During a Civil Engineering degree, I learnt how to follow construction safety standards as well as building regulations. Also how to manage projects, do all the calculations and make adjustments where necessary.
