1.Installing and Configuring SQL Server 2012, 2014 and 2016, Oracle Server and Oracle client 32 and 64 .
2.Working with GIS Products:
➢ Knowledge in Desktop and Web Applications like:
• Installing, Repairing, troubleshooting of the Software applications.
• Configuring Licenses and troubleshooting licenses authorization.
• Working on GIS web applications for publishing maps & create web maps and web applications for the web services like (ArcGIS online. ArcGIS for Server and Portal for ArcGIS).
• Working with Goedatabase & Databse in SQL Server and Oracle like Replication, Archieving, versioning, backup and administering geodatabase.
• Using VMware for creating environments.
• Creating GIS Web Applications.
• Troubleshooting clients errors and issues.
• Handle customers in a professional manner and efficient service with consideration to the calls load.
