•Ensure that all sections/departments under the division are in-line with the company’s policies and procedures.
•Receives and verifies significant reports from all of the division’s sections/departments.
•Prepares equipment maintenance and owning costing.
•Prepares month-end reports for the management.
•Handles the division’s petty cash and other impress funds.

•In-charge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and monitoring of all equipment, machineries and vehicles.
•Prepares back-charges for interdepartmental and subcontractor expenses.
•Coordinates with subcontractors and equipment dealers for all/any technical requirements.
•Monitors fuel supply for all involved projects.
•Prepares equipment maintenance and owning costing.
•Facilitates all warranty and insurance related issues.
•Handles the division’s petty cash and other impress funds.
•Prepares month-end reports for the management.
•Acts as a focal point in developing the company CMMS and other transactions (JD EDWARDS
• Facilitates all warranty related issues includes working with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Guides the execution of the project by providing all administrative facilities of the organization.
• Coordinates with other departments e.g. admin, accounts and HR to deliver any section-related concerns.
• Prepares the KPI Report, Sales Report, and WIP Report for the department’s manager.
• Prepares and validates pricing quotations.
• Prepares standard and non-stock LPOs, PR, etc… through SAP.
• Issuance of monthly invoice for client through SAP.
• Issuance of monthly damage report and proforma invoice for client.
• Handles the project petty cash and other impress funds.
• Prepares technical reports and submit to supplier’s technical personnel or post in dealer nets
• Coordinate with the supplier for any technical concerns about their products.
• Guides the execution of the service department by providing all administrative facilities of the organization.
• Supervises a group consists of Admin Asst., Service Advisors, Time Keeper, Clerk, and Watchmen.
• Coordinates with other departments e.g. admin, accounts and HR to deliver any section-related concerns.
• Prepares the KPI Report, Sales Report, and WIP Report for the department’s manager.
• Prepares and validates pricing quotations.
• Assists the department manager for preparing annual budget, business plans, and cost reduction measures.
• Facilitates all warranty related issues includes working with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with the supplier for any technical concerns about their products.
• Prepares action plans for service campaigns and recalls.
• Prepares maintenance contracts for customers in need of annual preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Coordinates with spare parts section to ensure that a sufficient number of stocks are available for customers having maintenance contracts.
• Coordinates with customer for work schedules under maintenance contracts and making sure that the contract’s terms and conditions are being met.
• Opens job orders, prepare material requisitions, invoicing, and report generation through Citrix Orion then later through SAP.
• Handles the departmental petty cash and other impress funds.
• Prepares standard and non-stock LPOs, PR, etc… through SAP.
• Takes care of employees concerns, wages, and benefits.
