Key Responsibilities:
 Implementation of new projects which includes :
Networking, server configuration, firewall installation. Connecting to desktop with servers,
Configuration of printers and photocopiers (within 3years time successfully completed 8sites. In each site, almost 60 computers were connected to server)
 Work involves troubleshooting hardware and OS problems of desktops, client configuration for continuously monitoring and trouble shooting of problems at company site
 Computer networks, network administration and network installation
 Maintain the company’s network infrastructure.
 Supporting users over the telephone, teamviewer, ammy admin and by email.
 Travelling to sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting
 Installed, changed and removed hardware in various desktop and service hub configurations
 Responsible for networking, design, installation and maintenance services.
 Management of the daily data backup and retrieval scheme.
 TCP/IP networking and hardware maintenance and repair.
 Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation.
 Implementation of Kaspersky Antivirus.
 Installed, configured and troubleshoot users Mail using both Microsoft Outlook 2003/07/10.
 To provide quality technology based services in the most efficient manner. To strive for optimal productivity and ensure the end-users complaints are resolved in the best possible turnaround time.
 Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, Laptops, file servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, printers, and related equipment
 Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
 IT Department documentation
 Maintain s/w licenses for department / organization
 Regular Backup of Applications like Focus
 Setting up Projector / Presentations in Conference room for meetings.
 Cat6 Cable Punching And Testing

ERP complaints troubleshooting(Cochin, Coimbatore & Palakkad BR)
