- EID Parry (India) Ltd. Expanded its Fertilizer division at a cost of Rs. 150 crore by putting a 400 TPD Sulphuric Acid plant based on Monsanto, USA technology, a 150 TPD Phosphoric Acid plant based on Jacobs, USA technology, UHDE Ammonia Storage Tank Terminal of 12500 Tons capacity and a deep sea mooring point for anchoring Ammonia tanker ships and putting Ammonia through submarine pipeline to the storage tank.
- I was responsible for the purchase and contract finalization of the entire machinery, equipment and negotiating and finalizing turnkey contracts, interacting with government agencies for obtaining licenses and clearances of imported equipment.
- I have developed a new software for project purchase which makes purchase orders, integrated with stores and accounts department on an on-line basis. This system is at present working satisfactorily at the projects division.

- In charge of all the purchase activities of the project in the Boiler division of Anpara Super Thermal Power Project (2 x 500 MW) at Anpara, Uttar Pradesh.
