1) Set product objectives and align them with the overall company targets.
2) Coordinate all activities within the warehouses to meet the deadlines of the ongoing projects.
3) Schedule and direct logistics functions according to existing documented policies and procedures.

1) Setting Supply Chain standards between RJ and their business partners, to benchmark supplier performance.
2) Allocate supply chain strategies; Min-Max planning, Consigned Inventory, Safety stock, Partial shipments for all RJ’s warehouses; in-flight products warehouse, uniform warehouse, printings & giveaways warehouse, to improve availability & reduce stock level.
3) Super user on RJ’s Central Procurement System; Coordinate procurement workflow throughout RJ. Including: requesting, purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, & reporting.
4) Prepare reports and presentations on supplier performance, buyer performance, saving, spend per department, slow-moving items, & inventory value.
5) Coordinate the implementation of an automated ERP system (Central Procurement System-CPS) throughout the organization. Including: analysis, testing, implementation, training, & Go-Live.
6) Perform general procurement activities; sourcing, RFP, RFI, negotiating, purchasing, expediting, and make sure that these activities meet the company’s purchasing regulation and code of ethics.
7) Benchmarking new offers, agreements, and projects feasibility, to assure gaining the best quality with the lowest price.
