• Preparing guidelines/manuals for all launch and promotional campaigns.
• Conceptualizing and developing product display elements for all brand categories.
• Conceptualizing and proposing new elements to enhance the retail environment.
• Designing new plannogram options for stands and counters as required.
• Proposing layouts and preparing guidelines for all the new openings.
• Preparing LPOs for manufacturing of the elements and managing supplier accounts.
• Counters controlling in terms of Plannograms, visuals, Maintenance and POS materials.
• Project Managing for all new launches, new openings, renovations and events set ups.
• Layout designing for all installations.
• Preparing competitors’ reports.

• Support Brand Buying Strategies, which achieve financial goals and support Brand strategies for KOTON, AFTERSHOCK, REISS and NEW LOOK.
• Managing, reacting and adjusting above Strategies based on current trends, in order to optimize sales and net margin, whilst ensuring inventory management.
• Developing Host Brand Relationships, ensuring the best service, from Strategy, Product and Implementation perspectives.
• Regular Stores and Warehouse visits to ensure appropriate product for Markets.

• Administration and paper work ( personnel/sales reports)
• Day to day running of all store operations and managing staff.
• Running quarter inventory and stock loss prevention plan.
• Customer service.
• Innovative visual merchandising within the brand standards.
• Assisting the buyer with buying, pricing and allocation.
• Staff training and development.
• Area support on all VM issues, from training to Hands on support
• Communication with London head office to implement all brand guidelines
• Support to VM manager on sourcing and budgeting materials.
