Responsibilities:
•Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using SAP (Mawared System);
•Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations;
•Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed;
•Composure and confidentiality to handle disciplinary and grievance issues;
•Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested;
•Prepare monthly payroll processing, reports and final settlements for resigned staff;
•Establish and maintains personnel, medical, and other confidential files and records according to established procedures. Responds to related requests for information;
•Administer employment benefit, reimbursement, and retirement programs;
•Perform related HR work as required.
Responsible for the recruiting process, including the maintenance of active job descriptions, management of interviewing processes, support of the contract negotiations, paperwork and coordination of start date logistics;
Write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised;
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, and internet recruiting resources, recruitment agencies, media, universities and employee referrals;
Be responsible for organizing employment tests and its evaluation in cooperation with the line management;
Receive manpower requisition to fill existing permanent positions, temporary positions, and casual requirements. Reviewing such requisitions to verify compatibility with establishment records (i.e. job title, job code, duration, job group, justification as consistent with pertinent policies and procedures);
Coordinate with Line Managers for Recruitment Activities;
Translate all kinds of documents ( contracts, job advertisements, letters, forms, polices & procedures) in both languages Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:
•Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources and labour relations strategies including policies, programs and procedures to address an organization's human resource requirements;
•Participate in the recruitment process including but not limited to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post advertisements, collect and screen applications, advise job applicants on employment requirements and conditions of employment, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers and contracts;
•Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit program;
•Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary scales and competency appraisal measures and systems;
•Monitor staff performance and attendance activities;
•Participate in the monthly payroll processing and prepare the final settlements for resigned staff.
