Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, and Recruiting, employee services by performing the following duties.
Recruiting professional staff, Creating job description for each based on the, posting vacancies over multiple recruitment channels, screening, sourcing/headhunting, shortlisting, interviewing, job offer, onboarding.
Hunting the professional health care employees (Doctors, Nurses) and screening their documents comparing with their profile.
Supervising the registration process for Doctors and Nurses and contact SCH for inquiries, and responding to SCH emails as well.
Managing all employees’ personal files, staff handbooks, HR records, payroll, compensation & benefits, disciplinary procedures, performance management appraisal (PMS) and other related functions.
Supervise the day to day administration of payroll, compensation and benefits to ensure accurate and timely implementation in accord with company policies and procedures and Qatari Labour laws.
Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, maintaining employee, financial, and client records and data entry and reporting.
