• Responsible for project’s contracts; information gathering from key stakeholders and legal department to use as an input to create a well-structured contract and proposal.
• Assured proper project scoping and budgeting.

• Identified and structured the resources needed for this project.
• Responsible of developing all related projects documentation (WSR, monthly progress reports, issue log, risk log, project plan, change requests, controlling specification documents, etc).
