- Demonstrate in depth product knowledge and services offered by the company on social media and other marketing tools like emails, sales kit, presentations, etc.
- Carry out marketing meeting & delivers company/product presentations to industry clients
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and industry clients
- Compile list of target companies, firms and designers to approach and regularly update contact list
- Follow-up with potential clients after meeting, sending any required material
- Follow-up with factory Production Manager to ensure timely and accurate deliveries of samples
- Gather customers feedback, and make recommendations for improving products/services accordingly
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss their marketing objectives and advertising needs
- Work with agency colleagues to devise a creative concept that meets the client’s brief and budget
- Brief the creative team
- Liaise with the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that
communication flows effectively
- Negotiate with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
- Check and report the projects progress
- Keep regular and constant contact with the client at all stages of the project
- Arrange and attend meetings
