Proactively plan, identify, develop and implement process and quality system improvements to meet Food Safety İnternational standards and Yum! Audit Guidelines at Americana commissary.
Implementing and managing food quality programs (HACCP) in KFC & Costa Coffee commissaries.
Ensure documents and registers control for Americana commissary.
Conduct training on GMPs and Food Safety issues.
Manage the internal and external audits for Americana commissary.
Participate in the internal and external audits for Americana warehouses (cold and dry).
Responsible for auditing suppliers.
Deal with customers complaints.
Responsible for auditing Hardees’ restaurants and Costa Coffee shops.
Coordinate with governmental food inspection and hygiene agencies.
Responsible for ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System) and
HACCP implementation as Food Safety Team Member.
Inspecting and testing raw materials and end products (microbiological,
chemical and physical laboratory analysis).
Verifying the daily reports of all the tests which have been completed
by Quality Controllers.
Responsible for external communications with suppliers, and accredited
laboratories about technical and food safety matters.
Analysing the returned products from customers and preparing the
statistical data in according to the results.
Responsible for training personnel on monitoring the CCPs and food safety
issues.
Participating Research and Development department.
