- Plan and implement TNAs and compromise it with other sources of training needs into one entire source/system.
-Review different training proposals whether functional or soft.
- Qualify training providers/institutes and suppliers.
- Maintain an updated training library.
- Develop internal training materials that contain unique models that apply to the culture of the company.
- Research recent updates in the training and Development function.
• Conduct resignation process (Resignation notes in English & Arabic, Clearness form, conduct exit interviews, Confession Receiving hiring documents, receiving medical card)..
• Maintain employee files.
• Meet with new hires and explain benefits package appropriate to employee position, answer question.
• Issuing experience certificates.
• Review leave request forms with attendance sheets for all accounts in the company monthly.
• Conduct turnover report.
