 Provide detailed progress summary including deadline schedule, milestone and areas to improve for project enhancement.
 Prepares, maintains and reviews technical documentation, such as drawings and specifications, for mechanical engineering projects.
 Construct Method Statement, repair procedure, box-up and final alignment packages for proper execution of construction activities for rotating and stationary equipment.
 Controls PMCC items spreadsheet and coordinate to client and initiator for proper closure and execution of the items and likewise monitor the status on a daily basis.
 Maintain coordination to the client representative and reports any progress or condition of equipment being handled
 Conduct technical evaluation of pressure vessel, heat exchanger of Vendor bids.
 Participate in and advice on all design activities and initiatives, including provision of training, induction and document review.
 Prepares material take-off for mechanical equipment specifically Flare stack derrick structure material and miscellaneous items.
 Supervise erection and installation of John Zink Flare Derrick structure and installation of 52nos. of riser pipes and provide reports for any discrepancy on the material.
 Attend weekly progress meeting with client and sub-contractor to ensure all areas (construction, procurement, and engineering) concern was handled and discuss.
 Provide information and answer to every technical query that sub-contractor might need to ensure correct procedure will be done with respect to quality standard.
 Oversee successful installation of Air fin cooler, Drums, and heavy equipment and doing it in a safe manner and following project quality standard.
 Coordinate with quality team for any deviation, standard violation, LBE that was issued for improvement of quality of work

 In-charge of equipment package such as, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG), Gas Turbine Generator (GTG), Balance of Plant Equipment (BOP) and Overhead Crane (OHC).
 Supervised pre - installation activities, leveling, centering, bolt projection, padding elevation using dumpy level and orientation for rotating and stationary equipment with regards to inspection and test plan.
 Handles and monitor assembling, fit up, final welding and NDT examination of HRSG casing module and stack. Supervised insulation and liner plate cover installation inside and administered baffle plate installation, harp, steam drum and piping erection with regards to Vendor’s procedure, drawings and international standard.
 Extensive exposure in monitoring, witnessing of Magnetic Testing (MT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for HRSG casing module and Steam drum support and RT examination test for all weld joints of HRSG stack.
 Coordinate with NDT technician for proper execution and correct percentage of needed NDT examination as per Vendor’s procedure.
 Construct Method Statement for proper execution of erecting rotating and stationary equipment such as Gas turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generation, Compressor package based on client’s applicable standard.
 Conduct routine surveillance, inspections and monitoring of erection, installation and all equipment activities to ensure that the project specifications and standard are properly followed and implemented.
 Coordinate with the material controller and QA/QC regarding inspection, preservation and mobilization of the required materials in time for planned activities. Take actions and reply in any NCR issued. Also coordinate with sub-contractor regarding the job progress and look ahead plan for upcoming week.
 Maintain coordination with client’s project management team regarding job progress and query that may arise within the completion of the project.
 Control execution of equipment preservation, shifting, installation, pre assembly of structural platforms and ladders as per drawing and project specifications.
 Accountable and responsible for the safety compliance of all workers and constantly monitoring for their correct used of the prescribed PPE’s of all time while on the project site

 Preparation of the job based upon the instruction supplemented with the result of the contract review, clarification meeting and planning documents.
 Conduct hydro and pneumatic testing on equipment’s such as Heat exchanges, Air fin cooler, vessels, drums and sump pit pipeline.
 Installation and maintenance cleaning works on internal trays of Column and Towers
 Involved in replacement of refractory inside of an SRU unit (furnace, boiler tubes)
 Calculate and manage of removing and replacing catalyst material inside a reactor vessel.
 Involved in full site supervision and coordination with sub-contractor at the site.
 Maintain coordination to the client representative and reports any progress or condition of equipment being handled.
 Responsible for coordination with the material coordinator regarding the material needed for planned activities.
 Full responsibility on assuring that work is properly performed based on the required tasks in the scope of work especially in the mechanical field in professional manner with regards to time, resources, and safety and quality requirements.
 Preparing and monitoring daily progress report to the project leader according to the schedule or any delayed problems that may arise.
 Directs and supervise the total maintenance and inspection for shutdown activities of Heat exchangers, Vessels, Reactor, Columns, Valves and utility pond in accordance to the necessary ASME or TEMA codes.
