•Duties mainly involving supervision, planning, inventory and coordination of the following:
Plant General Housekeeping Supervisor - leads housekeeping auditing while supervises a housekeeping team dedicated for the plant internal and external refuse/waste removal and disposal.
Plant & Warehouses Pest Control Coordinator - lead in charge for plant and warehouses pest control coordination.
Plant Basic Hygiene Materials Provider - lead in-charge for plant and warehouses hygienic materials requirements.
Plant clean in place (CIP) / clean out of place (COP) & Lubrication Chemicals / Cleaning Materials Planning, Purchasing and Inventory:
•Ensures continuous material/chemical supply for the following:
•Hygiene chemical and materials
•clean out of place (COP) Chemicals
•clean in place (CIP) Chemicals
•Sterilizing Chemicals
•Line Passivation Chemicals
•Plans for the purchasing and coordinates for the purchase order preparation and materials delivery using the MFG Pro system of the company.
•Coordinates directly to suppliers for the delivery and lead time tracking ensuring materials will reach site on time and no delays caused on any production operations.
•Materials and Chemicals Inventory reports preparation/submission to Accounts department on a monthly frequency.
Food Safety System Certification / Food Safety Management System, Quality Management System, Environmental Management System / Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series SGS certified Internal Auditor - ensure to participate in the quarterly Internal Auditing to strengthen the plant certification and provide continuous improvement recommendation.
Emergency Response Member - a trained First Aider for plant emergency response team.
Trained Operational Excellence Green Belt / Apprentice - participates and initiates company wide cost saving measures.
•Plans Manpower allocation, create work order and task slip (daily / weekly / monthly).
•Prepares monthly reports and activity summary when required, send daily updates on clean in place (CIP) issues and highlights.
•Lead clean in place (CIP) Operations team in any case, especially when there were machine/equipment failures rendering failure in the execution.

•Initiate and develop method and system to support across the board company program on cost saving initiatives specifically in the daily operational aspect of the plant; energy and water consumption (utilities), chemical consumption ensuring results are within the QA/QC set standards.
•Develop procedures and practices and transform into a system which will lessen the working time and manpower dependent activity or task without adverse affect on the actual result and standardization of work instruction.
•Create and prepares hygiene/housekeeping / clean in place (CIP) related documents and files for the same. To include monthly record keeping of results & summary:
Housekeeping audit result and summary
Pest Control record keeping and summary
Purchasing and Expenses summary
Staff performance and training summary
•Work in close coordination with Finance Department by providing information and aid in the preparation of the annual budget with reference to monthly purchasing and per line requirement on a cost per case budget regarding cleaning and sterilizing chemicals.
•Duties mainly includes 8 juice lines from syrup preparation to product packaging

•Conducts physical inspection and actual line testing of new materials such as preforms for bottle molding (contiform) and caps.
•Conducts water analysis on the water treatment plant as part of the daily confirmatory test.

•Laboratory instrument calibration and solution standardization.
•Handle materials per GMP, MSDS, and safety regulations.
•Support overnight shift and work overtime as required meeting business requirements.
•Recommends corrective and preventive measures to any quality related issues contributing to line performance devaluation.

•Assist R&D in conducting product/process research and development activities.
•Conducts inspection and laboratory testing/analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished products.
•Conducts physical inspection of aluminum and zinc casting for every batch produced in a day.
•Perform accurate documentation of data in the quality control/laboratory forms.
•Perform other test requirements such as the Brabender Test for the fusion and heat stability of the product, %antimony analysis for the refined lead & water hardness monitoring of the soft water that is being used in the boilers.

•Coordinate directly to Purefoods Hormel & Manufacturing Manager regarding production changes in the planned target & possible planning option as an immediate diversion to ensure continuity of operations.
•Provide necessary reports reflecting hourly performance of manpower against target efficiency.
•Formulate plans which will improve production efficiency of the line, higher % yield for every batch produced and less rejection.
•Work in close coordination with QC / QA regarding quality issues especially microbiological aspect.
•Coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance Department regarding problems that contribute to slowing down of production output and develop system that will possibly eliminate such kind.
•Ensures production target should be met for the next morning delivery and necessity of all Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) restaurants that are operating within Metro Manila & South Luzon areas.
•Accurate implementation of first in-first out rule in the consumption of all raw materials necessary for the day activities and/or production of all products included in the production forecast.
•Prepares daily report on %yield, %losses, manning efficiency, target quantity and machine breakdown and exceptional highlights.
•Duties mainly includes bottling lines from the bottle in-feed to product
•packaging (beverage brix & carbonation, cap/crown torque test, clarity & fill height test for fillers, electronic bottle inspection test, date coder efficiency, caustic concentration for soakers, soaker temperature & water jet rinsers pressure).
•Conducts physical inspection and actual line testing of new materials such as bottles & caps/crowns.
•Conducts water analysis on the water treatment plant (total water hardness, iron & chloride content, interface test) for the assurance of the quality of water for the bottling lines based on CCBPI product water standards.
•Conducts materials acceptance test for sugar (RBU - reference base unit), sulfuric acid (specific gravity), & carbon dioxide sampling (TCO - taste, color & odor).
•Conducts microbiological testing for yeast & molds, total bacteria & e-coli on the following: water treatment plant, syrup plant & bottling lines (all water lines).
•Calibration of laboratory instruments, preparation and standardization of solutions and reagents necessary for the manufacturing operation.
