Really i m sorry to say there are no options to give different experiences in different companies.so how i will express?Only i can express this much i have very strong practical experience, Which i can prove if i get opportunity.That's all.

In charge Of total Elementary sales functions of
a state having 35 million population, with 60 distributors,
around 15, 000 outlets & with 22 sales forces.
identify, define, justify and source needed resources for the
business development effort, considering internal and external
sources, and lead and manage the business development team.
Ensure appropriate resources are assigned to projects to deliver
high quality results. Conduct new hire searches and interviews
as required.
I joined as a Management Trainee after completion of M.B.A.Then just after probation i got promotion up to A.S.M.In this company really i gathered too much practical knowledge, which helped me a lot in next level.I did so many things in this company, for which i feel proud as an asserts not a liability.
After completion of MBA i started my career in a reputed organization,which helped me a lot to learn regarding the management.
