• Coordinates with the expediting engineers for their day-to-day project work
• Complete submission and documentation procedure to expediting engineers
• Prepares correspondence / documents in conformity with pre-designed checklist

• Assists the HOD in preparing reports and retrieving information from SAP Netweaver portal (SDMM module)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and currently using MS-Access for creating SQL queries.
• Update Document Control Index based on the data being available.

• Project planning & schedule preparation for design & engineering works at tendering &/or execution stage.
• Monitors, evaluates and tracks progress of project activities with Baseline programme. Evaluates delay & time impact on project activities using Baseline charts.
• Assists project managers in resource allocation for projects based on productivity analysis using Histogram & S Curve.
• Participates in progress meeting; coordinating with both internal trade managers & clients.
• Prepares monitoring sheets & other relevant documents for controlling project activities, such as project close-out report and schedules, progress report, productivity review, etc.
• To check customer’s account balance - Get up-to-the-second details of customer’s Savings or Current Accounts and their Fixed Deposits.
• To enquire about the cheque status - Update the status of cheques issued or deposited by customer from anywhere in India.
• Placing a request for Cheque Book / Account Statement - Get their Cheque Book or latest Account Statement delivered at the customer’s doorstep.
• Stop Payment - Stop payment of a single cheque or a series of cheques, 24 hours a day.
• Fixed deposit or Enquire on their existing Fixed deposits / TDS - assisted customers to open fixed deposits over the phone etc
• Transfer Funds between accounts - We assist customer in transferring their funds from one of their accounts to another. Explaining the company rules/ policies that amount of transferring funds is Rs 1 lakh/ per day
1. Project execution:
• Planning and allocating daily work to the team and ensure that the turn around time (TAT) is met as specified in SRS.
• Monitoring the work of the team regularly and taking corrective action when the execution is not as per the plan.
• Solving or escalating the technical queries raised by the team. In case of escalation of queries we needed to maintain a query log for the same.
• Meeting the client’s quality standard, taking corrective actions when an error is caught during quality checks.
2. Client interaction:
Attending conference calls for process related training and e-mail interaction for daily work project related issues.
3. Tracking/Training:
Responsible for tracking Monthly work-related report for the team based on the work and giving training to newcomers/joinees.
Solving the client queries regarding the software.
Replacing the software lock and solving the queries which the client has.
