Al Shirawi Group, one of the largest industrial conglomerates in the Persian Gulf, spanning the manufacturing, engineering, trading, transport and logistics, marketing, distribution, contracting, and service industries.

The company was founded in 1971 with the vision to provide quality international products and services to the people of UAE and is based in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.


Responsibilities:

•Implemented end to end Finance modules for Al Shirawi Group of companies in UAE, SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR, KUWAIT & OMAN.

•Works directly with the business team to identify current system AS IS and propose better fitment Solutions TO BE.

•Performs impact analysis for changes and prepare impact analysis report.

•Responsible for maintaining high and low-level design for all changes and new enhancements - Functional Design.

•Responsible for development and implementation of all Oracle related changes.

•Manage interfaces development with upstream and downstream systems to Oracle R12.

•Ensure configuration management processes are followed.

•Responsible to follow release management processes, Business Continuity Planning.

•Single Point of Contact for Oracle EBS Production support to Finance Business users on issues raised.

•Resolve issues and Vendor delivers on time with highest quality as per agreed SLA time lines.

•Ensure Process Compliance, IT internal Process - Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Service Requests.

•Monitor interfaces and analyse any error reports.

•Coordinating with technical team on change requests to explain business requirements Customizations, e.g. Customized forms, reports, providing functional support and conduction relevant tests.

•Supporting with technical teams on Contact with oracle to solve the bugs and support to applying patches.

•Process improvements to Finance Business users & Ensure automation is used when needed.

•Participating the weekly IT-Business meetings and liaison for new projects, enhancements, Status updates.

•Prepared BR.100 and MD.050 documents with AIM approach. And updating documents as per the client review

•Involved in configuration of GL, AP, AR, FA and CM in Test and Production environments
