Tourism, Government of India and the Government of

National Council for Hotel Management and Catering
Technology, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, Noida.
The Institute offers the Bachelor of Science program
in Hospitality and Hotel Administration jointly. The
Three-Year program equips students with all the
required skills, knowledge and attitude to efficiently
discharge supervisory responsibilities in the
Hospitality Sector. The program also involves in-
depth laboratory work for students to acquire

The Residency- Coimbatore is a 4 star premium luxury
hotel located at Avinashi Road and it is the finest
hotel in the city. It has 133 deluxe rooms with 6 F&B
outlets including 4 Banquet halls. House of Lords is
the permit room in the hotel. It is a bar with 80 covers
serving foreign as well as IMFL Liquors. I worked as
an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and was
responsible for the day to day operations of all the 6
F&B Outlets in the Hotel. I was reporting to the Food
and Beverage Manager on a daily basis regarding the
functioning of all the Outlets.
