discharge supervisory responsibilities in the
Hospitality Sector. The program also involves in-
depth laboratory work for students to acquire
required knowledge and skills standards in the
operational areas of Food Production, Food and
Beverage Service, Front Office Operation and
Housekeeping

an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and was
responsible for the day to day operations of all the 6
F&B Outlets in the Hotel. I was reporting to the Food
and Beverage Manager on a daily basis regarding the
functioning of all the Outlets.
