capital and borrowing requirements.
• Intercompany Transfers & Banking: Act as single point of contact for banking queries across all India business units;
execute RTGS, NEFT, EFT, wire transfers, and manage FIRC, BG, Solvency Certificates.
• Banking Relationship Management: Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions; negotiate credit facilities,
trade finance lines, and banking terms.
• Forex Exposure & Hedging: Calculate realised/unrealised exchange gain/loss; prepare monthly FX reports; position forward
contracts to hedge import and service payment exposures.
• Trade Finance: Manage LC (import/export), BG, PCFC, Buyers Credit, Vendor Financing; coordinate with Credit Rating
Agencies.
• FEMA / RBI Compliance: Lead IDPMS/EDPMS reporting, A2 import-of-service payments (15CB/15CA), and all RBI
regulatory adherence.
• Treasury Controls & SOX: Implement and monitor internal controls over all treasury and payment processes; ensure zero
audit findings in SOX-governed treasury environment.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage AR ageing, DSO analysis, dispute resolution; coordinate with production and procurement to
optimise payables.
