• Working closely with the Projects Manager on assigned projects - contracts, Time schedule, budget, technical and engineering issues, internal and external stakeholder management and communications, progress reporting.
• Accountability of Project execution - engineering, technical, commercial, logistics.
• Management of ALL contractual issues -PO’s, technical and engineering drawings submittals, delivery schedules, customer invoicing, supplier terms and conditions, Variation orders, etc.
• Conducting/Attending customer, consultant, contractor, and internal progress meetings
• Raising contractual deviations and reporting on time/cost impact to management when/if applicable
• Coordination with internal departments/stakeholders for ensuring efficient project execution according to contractual terms and conditions
• Applying Creative Problem solving and taking corrective actions when and where applicable
• Promptly raising concerns/issues affecting project Time schedule to supervisor/manager to rectify situation
• Prepare / review material submittals, material inspection, method statement for site installation and shop drawings with sub-contractor’s coordination for consultant’s approval.
• Responsible for the complete coordination of the entire project including Civil, MEP, planning, programming, QS, QA/QC, overall supervision, liaison with client, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers in Heavy, Medium industry and in Modern Building Construction for Government & private sector projects.
• Conducting the inspection for the testing and commissioning of the MEP Systems in accordance with the standards and spec.
• Co-ordination with KAHRAMAA, ASHGHAL, Qatar Civil Defense (MOI), MOSS, Q-TEL and Other local authority for final inspection & authority approval
