Project Description: It is a multi-lingual web-based product in Human Resource Domain in European and Nordic market. There are more than 100 customers using this product.
The software is designed to automate and integrate HR processes.HRM includes variety of activities and key among them is deciding what staffing needs the organization have and whether to use independent contractors or hire employees to fill these needs, recruiting and training the best employees, ensuring they are high performers, dealing with performance issues, and ensuring that personnel and management practices conform to various regulations.
The HRM system provides the functionality to collect data for employee of organization which is processed with various modules like Recruiting, Vacation, Time Management, Appraisal, Training, Payroll and HRM Core. The vacation module used for managing vacation with various features which is relevant to the Finland calendar. The vacation module is linked to payroll for calculating the salary based on vacations.
The time management module helps in managing with employee time schedules with detailed information. The HRM system have various modules which are inter linked with one another. This HRM system is the overall solution for all HR related functions which are used by various clients in Finland.
Responsibilities
❖ - Understanding business requirements.

Project Description: EDM: The Engineer's Data Model
An integrated database & suite of applications for drilling, completion & well intervention data. EDM is an upstream business process.
Engineer's Data Model (EDM) is a database and suite of applications used by Wells. It provides an integrated set of IT tools to aid Wells and C&WI engineers to execute the Shell Global Well Delivery Process from conception to operation and abandonment, fully integrating the Wells workflows.
As well as enabling planning and execution of the well, it also functions as a repository for the safe storage of safety critical information that can be accessed from a central point. This central database allows sharing of Well Engineering Data between EDM applications and users. Besides this, EDM also allows for standardized and formalized well data storage (e.g. Borehole Survey Data (BHS), Well Status Diagrams (WSD), well design, daily activity reports and lessons learned) . EDM Application has 9 modules and one Auto sync module. The reports prepared at Reg-Site are sent to Head office for approval and the same result is synchronized in all modules from that moment.

Responsibilities
❖ Getting the KT of application from Wipro team then explaining to Logica team.
❖ Involved in preparation of Automation Framework (Data Driven)
❖ Identifying Test Scenarios for writing Test case.
❖ Writing, Reviewing and Execution of Test case using QC ALM and analyzing the results
❖ Build different servers like web (Iwellfile), database and Citrix servers for live as per client requirement.
❖ Run the existing Selenium Webdriver scripts and submit the Regression report
