• Manage overall Asset Performance and Condition Monitoring by NDT techniques and Routine Inspections for Rotating and Static Equipment
• Review and Revise the Preventive Maintenance plans in SAP based on Equipment Performance, Inspection and Breakdown History to optimize the Maintenance Cost
• Execute all pre-arrangements for Planned Maintenance activities
• Prepares Critical Routine and Overhauling Spare Parts requirement for Equipment and review the stock on regular basis
• Maintain Measuring Points data and initiate SAP Notifications, Work orders, Material Reservations and Purchase Requisitions
• Technical evaluation of vendor bids for Spares and Services.
• Investigates and identify solutions where frequent breakdown result in high cost/low mechanical availability of equipment
• Prepare an annual Maintenance Budget (OPEX, CAPEX), track actual expenditures and inform management in case of major deviations
• Outage Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Coordination for Spares, Manpower, External Services
• Review Procedures and Manuals, update wherever necessary
• Develop Quality management & HSE systems by initiating behavior based interventions
-Carry out periodic vibration measurements of all rotating and reciprocating machines as assigned in accordance with schedule, including recording operating variables and data required for the diagnosis of machine performance and the preparation for maintenance programs.
-Carry out vibration analysis and establishes the diagnostic of machine condition.
-Prepares reports for recommendations with problem cases.
-Assist maintenance team to carry out the rectification.
-Maintains the trend of lubricant properties based on the standard tests and recommend corrective action plan wherever deviations observed.
-Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis of bearings and develop plan to fix the root cause of failure.
-Perform walk down audit of the plant on continuous basis to find the repetitive failure of systems and develop plan to improve system reliability.
-Carryout initial site survey for Energy, Oil & Gas, Cement and Process industry segments.
-Carrying out necessary services through site survey, mapping, Visual and Safety inspections of the machine train at the site.
-Database configuration and setup.
-Vibration data collection, data processing and screening for machinery defects
-Machine defect identification, severity assessment and reporting.
-Tracking of frequency of failures, failure modes and opportunity cost savings.
-Perform onsite corrections and confirm the reduction of defect severity.
-Carryout alignment and In-situ balancing.
-Provide technical support on fixing the root cause of failure, bearing failure analysis, mounting and dismounting of bearings.
-Find the repetitive failures and offer solution products.
