Working as a Document controller in Sayed Hamid Behbehani & Sons co. WLL (from 1st Apr 2010 on words), with strong organizational and time management skills, broad working knowledge of department operations and objectives. Following are my duties and responsibilities.
Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/system.
Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedure in line with the company’s Document Management System.
Ensure proper document control support is given to each projects.
Produce and maintain Documents Progress Reports to Project Manager’s.
Ensure all documentation provided is as per client quality formatting requirements. Formatting may include correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering and other activities that may be required to achieve client’s documentation requirements.
Create document control and correspondence folders for each individual projects.
Work in strict co-operation with the Project Manager to ensure project progress integration.
Ensure all templates used with the department confirm to the company standards.
Property Book Control Specialist

The DPAS software application is serving the logistical and property control needs of three major military branches and a significant portion of the Department of Defense. Approximately 10 million assets totaling 50 billion dollars are being managed by DPAS.
• Perform location surveys, physical inventories reports, and causative research as required.
• Updates Current monthly units Hand receipt for equipment that is issued, & return copy of supporting documentation for accountability.
• Receives new equipment’s/ components for property control sections. Receive CL IX and CL II parts ordered for maintenance of AMC (Army Material Command).
• Process 1348 and give them to AMCISS to create MROs. Locate and Issue them to the customers like Shop Stock, BII and SKOs.
• Responsible for safe keeping of more than 5000 army and contracting equipment’s.
• Perform 100% inventory and prepares necessary paperwork of the Government Property for issue to US Army.
• Working as a Property Control Specialist, mainly controlling all the property issues and its inventory and its maintenance.
• Maintain accurate accountability and its voucher keeping and deal directly with army for the purchase of property and its maintenance.
