Responsible for handing whole life cycle recruitment like Sourcing, Screening, Evaluation and Salary.
•Experience in both Sourcing and Client Facing roles with strengths in and commitment to delivery of exceptional customer service to both Candidates and Clients.
•Negotiation, Interview Scheduling and post interview aspects such as follow-up with the client for the interview feedback.
•Working on Fulltime, Contract - Hire and Contract position of the client and support them with W2 and C2C Consultant in Different Visa Status.
•Negotiating the billing rates with consultants and their prospective client companies according to applicant skill level & job offer.
•Explaining Job Duties and Responsibilities, Duration, Location, Compensation & Benefits, Work Schedules and Working conditions to the candidates.
•Regularly called upon to troubleshoot difficult positions and Source, Identify, Attract, Secure and Close hard-to- find candidates.
•Experience sourcing candidates utilizing referrals, warm leads, cold calls, job boards, resume
•Databases and other methods. Specific experience with Monster, Job Diva, Dice, Techfetch, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and others.
•Pre-screen candidates with detailed Phone Screen, Evaluating Candidates' compatibility with specific Job Requirements, ensuring a right fit prior to submission to client.
•Maintaining good relationship with both consultants and client side.
Integration with access control and video systems from Honeywell and third party manufacturers makes it possible to leverage existing installed hardware as the system grows. Modular hardware and software options make it easy and cost-effective to expand a system to keep up with growing business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Requirements Review & Identifying Test Scenarios
•Involved in Functional & Regression Testing of the application.
•Test Case Execution - Sanity, Functional, Integration, Regression testing
•Defect tracking and Bug Reporting using Bug Tracker
•Results analysis and reporting on a daily basis.
•Reporting the daily work
