DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling all activities in accounts payable and receivable
Recording and depositing the payments received from the debtors
Preparing T/B, Profit &Loss Account and Balance sheet
Realization and reconciliation of Bank statement
Submitting monthly debtors report to the management
Responsible for all payable and receivables & others related activities.
Preparing quotation, salary statements and monthly collectibles and
Chasing up overdue/ outstanding payments from clients.
Following up those customers who have outstanding balances.
Receiving cheques from time to time.
Checking all kinds of books in accounts.
Other tasks as requested by finance control in accounts.
