General Responsibilities: The primary function of the position is to track and determine the process efficiency of all completed Production Order to improve its performance in terms of process delays and rejection; identify all root causes of delays and recommends courses of actions to minimize if not eliminate the delays. Monitor and ensure all data gathered are accurate, if not recommends actions to correct them.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Collect last JO ticket of all completed Production Order from boarding section (concession and outright) within the day.
• Monitor all completed PO's if they complied with the prescribed processes and production time;
• Generate report daily of the collected PO and report to General Manager if necessary.
• Investigate to identify delays and analyze root cause such as planning, scheduling, audit procedures, processes efficiency, time and motion study, facilities layout, information system and manpower efficiency to determine the main problem; Issue incident report to Production committee.
• Establish action/s on how to eliminate the delays;
• Recommends action plans to concerned department/s and set target date of result for implementation;
• Follow up and evaluate effectiveness of action taken.

Duties and Responsibilities: II.1. INTERNAL QUALITY AUDIT
• Develop and establish Internal Quality Audit schedule in consonance with the requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Conduct audit based on the approved schedule.
• Maintain complete and updated records of audits conducted including documented actions by concerned section / department / division head/s
• Discuss with concerned heads results of the audit conducted for proper corrective actions.
II.2. CORRECTIVE / PREVENTIVE ACTION REPORT
