Responsibilities:
•Creating ideas to solve conflict between trades.
•Communicates effectively with Client and contractor on all matters that may impact Contract duration or Contract Value and provides recommendations for resolving contractual disputes.
•Insure that Contract Documents are signed by all relevant parties.
•Supports the supervision team in their endeavors and how individual’s performance can be improved.
•Provides assistance, support and problem solving to the supervision and technical teams for technical matters and dealings with the Contractor.
•Participate in the prequalification, tender, contractor’s selection.
•Oversees performance of assigned contracts and ensures work is completed to required contract specifications, quality, and schedule.
•Insuring that Quality of work is satisfactory to the client.
•Communicates effectively with the Client to insure that any design modifications are satisfactory.
•Creating innovative designs ideas, drafts, or presentations to meet customer expectations.
•Interact with internal and external Design resources to ensure smooth workflow and maintain design standards
•Ensures progress of site progress is in conformance with project objectives for quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
•Organizes the Supervision Team and allocates responsibility for HSE cost control supervision and document control procedure.
•Ensure that Contract Insurances, Bonds, Advance Payment Guarantee are valid.
•Ensure that company procedures, QA & QC Plan are followed in project.
•Reviews and responds to all claims submitted by the Contractor making sure that it is been handled effectively.
•Ensuring that Project is delivered on time or within the shortest practical period.
•Assuring that Close-out procedure is completed on time and with client satisfactory.
Ensures LEED construction practices and commissioning are carried out in accordance with required standards,
contract documents and other referenced requirements.
• Ensures progress of site work is in conformance with project objectives for quality, safety, schedule, and cost.
• Assisting project manager in preparation for workshop meetings, consultants meetings, and progress meetings.
• Monitor the work being undertaken by the junior Eng. And site supervisors, taking any necessary remedial action to
ensure full compliance with contract documents, specifications, method statements.
• Assist team in Studding drawings, specifications and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.

• Providing Technical support for responding on RFI`s, Shop drawings, FCR, coordinating between different trades.
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained during installation and as per the project`s quality standards.
• Ensure that the materials selected are of the appropriate standard and are in full compliance with the specifications and
approved drawings.
• Oversees delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment; worker safety and productivity; and quality of
construction.
• Participates in conceptual development of the construction project and oversees its organization, scheduling, and
implementation.
• Record / input into data collection systems, helping project manager in preparing monthly reports to ensure project
delivery.
• Reviews and present the contractor valuations payments for final approval by the project management.
• Studies and gives comments on the contractor’s claims.

• Study drawings, specifications and contractual obligations, keeping abreast of all revisions.

• Assists Planning work priorities.
• Assists the construction manager / resident engineer in preparing the monthly progress reports.
• Reviews and present the contractor valuations payments for final approval by construction engineer / Resident engineer.
• Studies and gives comments on the contractor’s claims.
Site Manager & responsible for the construction, installation of wood works, wooden claddings, false ceiling & final
finishing for the new head office of EGYPT CALL it is communications company and one of the biggest Mobil phones
services at the new location in the smart village .
• Adding to this I have finished the construction phase, furnishing& moving all the communication equipment’s at the
new location in six weeks.
• Site Manager & Responsible for the construction, installation of wood works, wooden claddings, false ceiling& final
finishing for OMER TANTAWEY`S new office which is one of the high quality finishing projects also responsible
for maintenance after handing over.
Responsible for construction, installation & final finishing processes for three deferent privet apartments simultaneously
Site Engineer for Repairing & Isolation Processes on deferent areas.
• Supervised the repairing process for a family house coulombs and isolating the coulombs.
• Supervised the repair of the Samiramis intercontinental laundry floor.

• Developed and launched plans for plumbing system, including a customized valve relief design.
