- Report Directly to the Director of County Operations in KSA.
- Operations Manager for over a 400 retail stores for a variety of brands, including but not limited to Starbucks, Pink Berry, H&M, Debenhams, Mothercare, Next, MAC, Va Va Voom, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret & Foot Locker.
- In this Role, I work closely with over 35 operators from different brands to insure a smooth and compliant operation in my AOR.
- Focusing on key KPI's such as Sales, Stock Loss, Audit and Service, to increase revenue & eliminate risk to the business while ensuring the reputation of brands and the company is protected.
- I work closely with supporting functions such as HR, Property Planning, Facilities/Maintenance, Loss prevention, and IT to create action plans that will enhance the growth and sustenance of the business.
- In addition, developing new methods to driving sales which resulted in 30% sales increase since 2017.
- One of the 12 continuity team members in KSA - Crisis Management team that formed during 2020.
- Planned and executed the successful AURA Loyalty Program launch in KSA in a record 3 Month. I continue to work with the Loyalty team in UAE as the KSA stakeholder to manage the program for the KSA market.
- I created new training ideas for store staff to enhance their knowledge and these ideas were adapted in the KSA market. I also developed financial training material to increase commercial awareness amongst store teams and keep them in line with the corporate vision.
- Leading the team of operators, we opened over 70 stores in my AOR since 2016, and we continue with the expansion vision of the company to open more stores this year and over the next few years.
- Area Manager in the Eastern Province - KSA for over a 150 retail stores for a variety of brands, including but not limited to Starbucks, Pink Berry, H&M, Debenhams, Mothercare, Next, MAC, Va Va Voom, Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret & Foot Locker.
- Focusing on key KPI's such as Sales, Stock Loss, Audit and Service, to increase revenue & eliminate risk to the business while ensuring the reputation of brands and the company is protected.

• Reports directly to the General Manager.
• Supervise Public Relations & Business Affairs office staff and Prepare weekly schedules for all.
• Plan & organize all events and conferences that take place within the company and for external clientele.
• Translate all forms of communication between Guests / Clients and Management
• Implement training program for the staff to ascertain high level of quality services when dealing with residents and guests.
• Develops programs and promotional activities for the resorts based on its marketing goals.
• Provides marketing ideas for leasing of villas, food outlets, beauty center and recreation facilities.
• Prepares goals and budgets in cooperation with the General Manager and working plans to carry out goals.
• Accepts resident/guest complaints, requests and inquiries and coordinates with the General Manager on the course of action.
• Maintain good public relations by extending personalized service to residents and guests.
• Direct contact with local suppliers regarding new style lines.
• Working at close proximity with the Buyer in deciding on new lines to be sold at our stores.
• Assigning budgets to different lines based on past seasons sales performance.
• Analyzing market fluctuation through weekly sales reports.
• Working with the marketing team for finding display ideas for each seasonal merchandise in our stores.
• Managing and arranging events and weddings. (Locations & Venues, catering, vendors & suppliers, logistics & staffing, décor, time line planning.
