• Application of paint according to data sheets
• Consult piping plane and isometric drawings for painting
• Follow up job related rules and regulations
• Monitoring of weather condition by using whirling hygrometer
• Checking of surface profile and cleaning before painting
• Test of surface contamination
• Application of specified painting system according to temperature and metal.
• Measurement of WFT and DFT
• Detection of coating faults and rectifies them according to specification
• Holiday/ Pinhole detection
• Release of spools for painting
• Final inspection of painting after touch-up
• Spools control in charge
• Study of Paint specification
• Checking of Isometric drawings for painting system
• Raising of RFI (Request for Inspection)
• Inspection of material before blasting for assessment of rust grade
• Checking of surface profile and cleaning grade before painting

• Hand and power tools cleaning according the specification
• Lettering and color coding

• Inspection of painting material (Batch No, expiry date, Brand Name etc)
