Job Description:
1. Plan, Coordinate and control the overall performance of all Group Companies Operations, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Purchase, Commercial, Secretarial, HR & Administration matters.
2. Prepare policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation upon the approval of the same by the Chairman.
3. Ascertain the accounting system & Finance management of the company is in the line with the company’s policy and procedures. Make sure the financial reports are accurate and made on time.
4. Well conversant with IFRS.
