I work as the System Center Consultant at Expit Doha for many of their Tier One clients. My job is to deliver Private Cloud solutions (SCCM CB, SCOM 2016, Dynatrace, Splnk, WhatsUp Gold, Secunia) for EXPIT customers by leading specialist teams and handling Operational tasks as well.
I have designed and deploy Solutions for
• Microsoft SCCM CB, SCOM, Office 365 to Qatar International Islamic Bank
• Microsoft SCOM in Qatar Development Bank along with LiveMaps Dashboard and MOFA Qatar as well.
• Log Management tools like Splunk in MOEHE with Splunk Team
• Dynatrace APM conducted POC’s in MOEHE, Ministry of Foreign Affars Qatar and Qatar Airways

Handling operations of Products - Dynatrace APM, SCCM CB, WhatsUp Gold Network Monitoring, Secunia (3rd Party Patch Management).
SCCM CB Co-Managed (Intune)
• Managing over 40, 000 clients in more than 80 sites, two domains and environments using Microsoft System Center 2012 cloud enabled (co-managed) environment.
• Designed, built, tested, configured and implemented SCCM CB.
• Planned upgrades and roadmaps to upgrade sites from the SCCM 1510 to SCCM CB(latest Version).
• Built and maintained a standard image with application selection.
• Deployed Windows workstation patches.
• Created packages, collections and advertisements for software deployments.
• Created tools to easily repair WMI and SCCM clients remotely.
• Collaborated with application owners and business relation managers to gather requirements for application deployments.
• Provided Level III support to troubleshoot deployment issues, desktop software conflicts and client health issues.
• Administered backend SCCM servers.
• Integrate Secunia with SCCM to provide 3rd Party Patching to Non-Microsoft Products in MOEHE.

Managing Azure infrastructure

• Recommend the types of data and apps accessed by employee-owned devices. Assist clients via telephone, e-mail with a wide range of questions, problems and requests with their iOS and other mobile connectivity needs using Microsoft Intune.
• Enforce new policies and restrictions.
• Create profiles and organize devices by internal groupings.
• Configure profiles for corporate resources. (Wifi, VPN, Email, Camera disable\enable)
• Reengineered company’s systems setup, establishing automated server generation routines, optimizing system performance, installing upgrades/patches, establishing system monitoring and maintaining security protocols.

• Provide monthly reporting of patching activity; work with local teams to resolve patching issues
