To ensure balancing the daily work load & assure the closure of daily work.
To ensure authenticity of data reported in the daily productivity sheet.
Reviewed in depth and analyzed information, statements, documents of all files received.
To mitigate the risk by evaluating applicant’s financial documents.
Handling and streamlining the queue of incoming cases and distributing the cases among the credit team.
To ensure deviation approvals from product & credit parameters as per the delegated authority matrix.
Correct knowledge of the documentary requirement / process for the facility.
As a credit agent I’m handling all the after sales services & requests which comes from the branches
Like: Early & partial settlement, Postponements - O/D against deferment request, Relesing EOSB & blocked amount, Compalins from the branches & call center, Accounts closing & other customers request .
Review all the Cases (all products Personal finance, Auto, Fleet & credit Card) & checking all the documents requirement for validty & required approval in order to send the cases for Contract stage (FOD Dept) .
Good support to be maintained with the Internal and External Department
Maintain quality service at all times.
