I assist in hiring and supervising the Executive Committee of the foundation in carrying out the activities of the foundation and also assist in developing, reviewing and approving budgets as well as formulating policies for the foundation.
As a departmental Head, I see to the organization and management of all Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Producing error-free accounting reports and present their results Analyzing financial information and summarizing financial status Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process Provide input into department’s goal setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Assist with tax audits and tax returns
Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports Reconcile bank statements, Participate in financial audits Track bank deposits and payment.
Lead, coach, develop, and manage staff

Chair the bank’s Loan Policy Committee; recommending modifications that reflect developing risks, economic conditions and projections, and the competitive environment

Voting participant in Internal Loan Committee Manage the workout of “problem loans”
Initiate, develop, and implements appropriate lending policies and procedures Ensure maintenance of the bank credit standards
Assist in determining the adequacy of the allowance for loan and lease losses Primary liaison to examiners, loan review, and external auditors
Participate in the development and implementation of the bank’s strategic objectives
As a Financial analyst my responsible was for financial planning, analysis and projection for companies and corporations.
Forecast future revenues and expenditures to establish cost structures and determine capital budgeting for projects.
Teamwork with CFOs and other executive-level team members for setting company-wide investment direction and policies. And professional standards.
I provided secretarial and administrative support to Partners and project team, coordinating the activities, resources,
equipment and information of projects as well as doing presentation on project findings at learning sessions and
workshops.
