Prepare new products & services and implement them in coordination with concerned teams and external parties.
Review existing products & services and implement changes in coordination with concerned teams and external parties.
Propose, or revert to, new ideas and suggestions including client incentives, staff incentives, branch challenges, feasibility study of innovative ideas, Product of the Month campaigns, etc.
Market research and competition monitoring.
Controlling and executing administration expenses, supplier invoices, legal fees and expenses, real estate assessment fees, and branches’ expenses, while ensuring their proper execution and compliance with policies and procedures.
Reconciling related General Ledger accounts and following up with relevant parties.
Reporting to the Head of Disbursement, Head of Accounting, and Head of Financial Control.
Coordinating with the Administration, Legal, Corporate, Branch Support and Real Estate Departments, in addition to the branches.
Prepare Central Bank reports. Prepare and analyze customers’ deposits weekly evolution. Control Interests and Commissions. Control Provisions and Accruals. Run interest calculations for clients, at request of the branches. Monitor the banking reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
Daily reconciliation of Nostro, Lending, and Borrowing Accounts. Follow up on all pending transactions with the related branches and departments. Investigation with correspondent banks for any unclear items. Preparation of balance confirmations requested by customers (Clients and Banks).
Over-the-counter operations; customer service (present and promote bank products); daily orientation sessions presented by the branch manager, about communication skills, body language, problem solving, decision making, and empowerment.
Over-the-counter operations; processing data entries; data inquiries; studying the balance sheets of customers who had applied for small loans.
