•Participated in the renegotiations of Songo Project Agreements between the Government and Pan African Energy Tanzania Limited.
•Participated in the negotiation of Gas Sale Agreement for Mnazi bay gas field.
•Organized Board and Board Committees meeting and dealt with all related matters thereof
•Monitored Corporation’s statutory compliance
•Made follow ups with the external the External Legal Counsel of the Corporation
•Prepared performance review/reports and Plan for the Legal department.
Appointed Secretary to the Government Negotiating Team for the LNG Project (a $30bil Project)
Appointed member the Government Negotiating Team for the East African Crude Oil Pipeline project ($3.5bil Project)
Drafted legislations and regulations;
Participated in multi-million dollar projects commercial negotiations power purchase agreements and implementation agreements relating to Kinyerezi III, Kinyerezi IV, etc.
Undertook the interpretation of legislations and regulations
Prepared minutes for the proceedings of the meetings
Advised on the grant, extension and variation of mining and oil and gas exploration licences
Drafted legislations and regulations related to electricity generation and distributed
Participated in international and regional projects negotiations
Drafted and reviewed of oil and gas contracts such as oil and gas leases
•Attended meetings and conferences in the energy sector
•Prepared memoranda
•Undertake due diligence for mining projects in the State of Utah and Colorado.

•Attended various sessions in courts, Land Tribunals and the Council for Mediation and Arbitration
