● Assist co-employees in daily administrative works
● Maintain/File important documents and records
● Responds to Emails, Concern and provides information for all office personnel
● Process and prepare Invoices, LPO or other documents
● Maintain/Update Supplier Directory
● Answer Telephone inquiries
● Check/Monitor attendance of employees
● Assist & Monitor Orders until delivery
● Order/Follow up with Suppliers for all the raw materials needed
& Scheduling Meetings / Appointments.

•Correspond with Customers & Oversee Stockroom.
•Prepares Invoice, LPO, Correspondence, Memos, Reports.
•Maintain documents and records for the purpose of providing up to date Office reference.
•Responds to Emails, Concern and provides information for all office personnel.
•Supports and Assists Service Manager, Manager and Salesman with their Administrative functions.
Job Summary:
•Prepares reports/concerns of the Marketing Manager to be submitted to the main office. Filing of all important and confidential documents. Accept calls and conducts appointment of the Marketing Manager. Performs administrative and secretarial duties. Assist in all matters pertaining to the day to day operations.
Job Summary:
•Supervises and oversee Selling, Counter and or area of responsibility. Plans, creates and implements operations procedures. Conducts final interview of selling, counters and concessionaire personnel prior to entry to the Selling Area. Evaluates performance of regular and rank and file employee. Monitors fast and slow moving of items/merchandise. Prepares weekly sales reports and submits to the Department Store Manager. Coordinates with Visual Department regarding displays and other visual concerns. Conducts orientation to the newly hired employees. Assists costumer’s complaints. Submits Analysis of sales performance and their growth rate. Oversee proper grooming of selling personnel.
Job Summary:
•Controller of all the products to be place in the selling area. Meet / discussed and negotiate directly to the Supplier pertaining to orders and rates of the products. Handles all the files / reports of all the items / merchandise in the selling area. Prepares reports and monitor the movement of the items / merchandise.
