➢ Full accounting operation activities of Accounts
Receivable and Accounts payable functions
➢ Assists the Chief Accountant in preparation of
financial statement and generation of
accounting and audit reports such as trial
balance, related schedules and other financial
reports
➢ Prepares reconciliation of Bank Statement, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable and
other Sub-ledger and general balance reconciliation and report if any discrepancies found
➢ Post financial transactions on a day to day basis
to automated accounting system,
analyzes accounts and/or corrects posting
errors, adjust balances and reconciles accounts
➢ Performs month-end and year-end closing
activities, including but not limited to bank
reconciliation, amortization, prepayments,
foreign exchange transactions & revaluation,
transactions & revaluation, interest
income/expenses and accruals
➢ Interact with external auditors in completing
audit tasks
➢ Performs all other related duties as instructed
by superiors and/or Management
