DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining a system of controls
• over accounting transactions, and producing timely and accurate financial statements within the timeline required.
• Managing all domestic and international finance and accounting functions.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including general ledger
• entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable.
• Overseeing all aspects of the accounting, accounts payable and receivable, Tax,
• reporting and compliance, cash flow analysis, audit, and financial reporting.
• Overseeing all financial statements, budgeting, cash accounting, account
• analysis, and monthly management reporting and analysis.
• Overseeing the companys general account operation by strategically
• verifying financial transactions.
• Overseeing the preparation of VAT filing and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Assisting management on the Decision-Making process by preparing budgets
• and forecasts.
• Assisting with ensuring compliance with Taxes and preparing monthly reports.
• Preparation of validation and submission of monthly and quarterly VAT returns.
• Maintaining statistical and financial records.
• Overseeing AR/AP, general ledger maintenance & monthly financial accounts.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managed all domestic finance and accounting. Oversee all financial statements, budgeting, cash accounting, account analysis, and monthly management reporting and analysis.
• Served as a key advisor to execute leadership and supervised a team of 02 Assistants and directly reported to the Company CEO.
• Performance was measured, and iterations were proposed to improve the user experience and the main business KPIs.
• Compiled, analyzed, and created financial data and other relevant reports.
• Maintained financial records and created periodic reports, such as balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Performed internal and external audits and resolved discrepancies.
• Assisted the management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts
• Checked more than 100 employees Payroll and related Taxes.
• Prepared asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
