● Provide Technical Customer Service.

● Design an excel sheet for the questionnaire used in the survey, clean the database and prepare the charts required by the project manager.
● Conduct community visits, focus group discussions with beneficiaries to receive feedback on the distributed items.
● Actively contribute to the design and execution of situational analyses, baseline surveys, follow up assessments and special research related to the project.
● Compile the data collected from the clinics.
● Clean the database to be used for analysis.
● Contribute to MEAL department in mainstreaming the different data collection tools.
● Provide training for data entry staff to improve the data presentation.
● Contribute to MEAL in tracking the achievement of indicators’ targets.
● Overall supervise the monitoring and evaluation related activities and act as a focal point for the clerks in the field.
Monitoring the field distribution process and addressing beneficiaries complaints and inquiries. As part of the program goal was the dissemination of the correct information to the refugees. Also dealt with vouchers life cycle (redeem, preparation, coding and distribution).
Winterisation Project: Distribution of winterization items and ensures daily target is achieved. Ensure that beneficiaries receive clear communication in a professional humanitarian way.
