• Follow-up tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stake holders and resources and make sure that each project accomplishes its goals within contracted time, cost and quality standards.

• Supervise the furniture design stage taking into consideration physical layouts, international standards and trends, laboratories nature and client requirements and their conformance to the company's standards.
• Preparing bill of quantities & bill of materials sheets and cost breakdown analysis.
• Pricing, quoting and preparing of technical submittals.
• Follow up the projects with sales department, clients, suppliers and all other project stakeholders as needed.
• Transferring the Projects technical details to the Engineering Department for execution purposes.
• Preparing of the Company's Standard Products PRICE LIST based on Activity Based Costing "ABC" System.
• Cooperating in R & D activities handled by the department for products, processes and business development.
• Search for the needed outsourced raw materials and accessories from reliable suppliers and study their specifications and prices based on the projects requirements and budgets.
• A team leader for the proposal management unit team.
• Projects overall management from initiation, through planning, execution, monitoring and control and closure.
