•Support in defining the HR strategy of the concern division through demonstrating understanding of the concern division strategy, cascading the HR strategy and the collaboration with all the HR SMEs to ensure the achievement of the concern division strategy and objectives.
•Co-Develop and manage the HR tools, practices and initiatives (e.g. participate in building capability, engagement and recognition activities, etc…) through the collaboration with the HR SMEs in order to support the concern Business strategy.
•Execute the Promotions and evaluations for the assigned divisions through the collaboration with the HR SMEs, gathering the required data and communication with the HR Business Partner to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
•Support in the implementation of the HR tools, practices and initiatives for the assigned divisions (e.g. engagement programs, injecting retailers in the operations management team, team development (retail certificates…etc.) by collaborating with the HR Business Partner to ensure proper execution of the HR plan.
•Manage and control the operations talent pool (E3DAD) program through the collaboration with the concerned stakeholders (HR SMEs and business departments) in the implementation phases to ensure career opportunity for the operations staff and to maintain their retention.
•Co-conduct of the Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) to the assigned divisions staff through documentation, tracking, data gathering and analysis in order to facilitate the staff development process.
•Participate in the regular HR Admin cases and escalations including salaries, vacations, exit and entry visa…..etc. through collaboration with the HR Admin team in the branches and head quarter to ensure smooth operations.

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment
Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Responsible for maintaining the database of applicant tracking system.
Perform tasks of processing all paperwork from candidates to generate offers for the positions.
Handle responsibilities of posting job openings onto the applicant tracking system database and other websites.
Responsible for reviewing resumes to identify qualified applicants.
Proactively plan and manage recruitment for all positions within the relevant departments; including candidate sourcing, short listing candidates.
Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

• Educate hafiz applicant about the importance of work .
• Conducting CV writing session for hafiz applicant .
• Provide them with the right tools for searching suitable vacancies based on their qualifications.
• Follow up with hafiz applicant after been employed
