Supervises the Admin staff of the finance Dept. Ensure that work is properly
allocated and completed in due time and accurate manner.
Designs log control systems for payments to ensure the safeguarding of company
assets starting from billing till final payment issuance.
Follow up with A/P/Internal audit/Payments signature circulation/banks delivery
for transfers/ swift delivery to suppliers.
Responsible for all areas relating to financial Dept communications with other
departments within the same organization with maintaining log for all
mails/documents.
Ensuring timeliness, accuracy and consistency for any kind of information related to
the admin work of the Finance (log for documents transferred from individual to
other in the finance team and to outside the team to other department.
Dealing as Finance customer service for all parties has any inquiry regarding the
finance dept. (payments/legal documents/board resolutions/Audited FS/Purchase
orders/Checks under signatures & its estimated time for completion).
Arranging with mailroom log/access permit/documents control log in the finance
dept.
Arrange place /transportation/ meeting rooms /conferences for the finance team
with External auditor/Internal training.
Handling Data room during the due diligence of company acquisitions by
CITADEL capital and ABRAAJ Capital.
Tracking all key Secretarial and admin issues pertaining on the smooth running of
the business in different markets.
