Organizing all logistics and operational processes from Supplier, Forwarding Agent and Customer.
Oversee that manufacturing and delivery are completed in a timely manner to meet client requirements and internal KPI’s
Costing products based on raw material prices, logistics and blending cost
Quotations & pricelists preparation to clients; and following up that client has received all required information.
Acknowledge receiving purchase orders from clients and maintaining efficient execution of sales orders
Distributing orders being manufactured in UAE with different local blending plants or from UK plant; passing on all client requirements, paperwork, labelling, etc…and presiding with plants on weekly basis
Preparing Analysis certificates for products after being manufactured based on lab results and having them sent to technical team for clients
Handling weekly Sales report for board members; reflecting ongoing & forecasted orders; and displaying target progress and achievements.
Preparing quarterly KPI reports for line manager
Managing products stock in Saudi Warehouse and maintaining shelf life for wide range of products
Arranging product samples from labs; based on client requirement for performance testing
Efficient reporting to financial team during invoice issuance; month end.
Contributing with Sales team to achieve quarterly Sales Target; Sales revenue has increased by 74% to 1 main client and 170% to other clients in 2016 financial year when compared to earlier year.
Purchasing daily supply for the rig; mechanical and electrical parts, oil and catering through local vendors or our offices overseas using ERP application
Follow up with shipments coming to and out of the country for the rig
Following up with the local drilling company with paperwork that has to be approved by the government to release shipments at the airport or Alexandria Sea Port; especially the urgent ones.
Responsible for maintenance work that had to be done for parts coming off the rig.
Responsible for sending service personnel for jobs that had to be done onboard the rig
Organizing daily cargo manifests sent by vessels to the rig and following up
Providing logistic equipment for onshore workyard jobs.
Receiving and approving vendor invoices to the financial department
