Develop training opportunities for both Technical and Non-Technical projects with current and potential training principals
Develop high-quality technical and non-technical proposals for potential and current clients
Develop, deliver and sustain training programs for clients while handling technology, staffing and geographical challenges
Management of all trainers’ logistical requirements and needs
Arrangement of course materials and tools needed for successful course delivery
Assist clients with course openings and closing during training period
Coordinate Defensive Driving training unit
Assist and accompany principals to business development and client meetings and events
Facilitation of different projects with variety of clients and partners
Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
Examine risks and potentials and estimate partners' needs and goals
Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Understanding the company's business needs and ensure strong partnerships with partners and clients
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Manage calendar for the CEO
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the CEO
Take minutes at meetings & distribute them
Maintain confidential records and files
Review and edit reports to the Board members
Prepare correspondence for Board members, scheduling board meetings & prepare agendas for board meetings
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phones
Direct calls and respond to inquiries
Dealing with customer queries face to face
Discussing the financial requirements of, and providing financial advice to personal and business clients
Assessing and reviewing financial circumstances
Forging and maintaining good links with the local community
Authorizing and evaluating overdrafts and loans
Developing a network of local business contacts
Promoting bank services
