all affairs related to the employees (salary payroll, vacations, permissions....etc)
responsible for all purchasing affairs related to the company's Beauty & Health sub branches like curves, snips, glamor shots, a polo & etc
-Handle the communication between Suppliers, customers and Service Providers (Shipping Lines & Truckers).
-Create the related KPI reports for the operation and report them in weekly and monthly basis.
-Lead the team in daily operations, ensure the success and report them on weekly basis.
-Handle the urgent situations, query resolutions and work together with the customer.
-Be responsible for the KPI results and meetings of the Shipping Lines and Truckers.
-Monitor the daily performance of the deliveries.
-Book the Planned Shipments with the Service Providers (Shipping Lines & Truckers).
-Prepare & Send Shipping Instructions to Service Providers (Shipping Lines & Truckers).
-Track & Trace all shipments from the time of loading up to vessel arrival to destination port.
-Monitoring and controlling Caterpillars’ machines stocked in different warehouses.
-Validate the freight invoices.
Working in M & K Logistics (freight systems co.), which I'm responsible for the export operations in addition of following up the trucking operations related to CMA logistic and Maersk logistic.
- responsible for the operations accounts (preparing clients invoices and responsible for the clients accounts)
