-Prepare English language curriculum content.
-Provide solutions to English exercises in the curriculum to form a reliable reference.
Prepare educational activities of English language curriculum.
-Keep track of any curriculum changes (whether omissions or additions) decided by Ministry of Education.
-Edit and revise the English language content every year and solve tests from previous years.
• Maintaining the CFO's calendar.
• Organizing meetings and recording minutes.
• Following up and Collecting the monthly financial Reports.
• Handling the correspondences (memos, letters, email, etc.).
• Responsible for the finance dep. Attendance.
• Acting as a liaison between the finance dep. and the HR.
• Screening resumes and applicants for interviews.
• Handling for the travel of the department.

• Typing, editing and formatting letters, reports, specifications, CV(s), proposals and routine communications.
• Preparing Presentations.
• Preparing annual department trainings (Training Coordinator), preparing an annual training plan for the division and coordinating it with the HR department, preparing an annual evaluation for the training programs.
• Acting as liaison between the Division and IT Department (to help in solving IT issues facing PMD Team).
• Checking typed work before dispatch.
• Organizing Meetings, Recording minutes of meeting.
• Handling correspondences and emails.
• Maintaining the filling system of the department electronically or otherwise.
• Data Entry.
• Operating copier/Scanners and fax machines for required work.
• Welcoming guests.
• Handling Phone calls in the appropriate manner.
• Handling the Social activities of the Division.
